About

Spatial Radio was established in 2021 within the Spatial Practices Programme at Central Saint Martins.

We are a learning environment for skills across sound, production, performance, conversation and debate, audio technology, public interaction and spatial design for the broadcast space.

We are building connections through radio across London and with global organisations in order to reach a broad audience, share knowledge and develop collaborative audio-based projects.

As a project-based platform, Spatial Radio does not broadcast continuously, but rather tends to broadcast a couple of times each year in longer bursts. The platform is available for students and staff to use as for academic, creative, educational, outreach and engagement purposes.
